What to Expect After You've Enrolled

Congratulations on your decision to bank your baby's cord blood stem cells with CBR!

Please follow these 5 simple steps to best prepare for your delivery day and banking your baby's cord blood:

  1. Review and return your completed forms
    After you receive your Collection Kit, review the client instructions and fax in your completed enrollment forms. You may also submit your forms electronically via your online customer account.
  2. Create your online customer account
    Create an online account to view and update your personal information, refer friends, set up your
    Gift Registry and more.
  3. Keep your Collection Kit with your pre-packed hospital luggage
    Take your CBR Kit with you when you go into labor. The kit contains everything your hospital needs.
  4. Tell your doctor
    Make sure your doctor is aware you have arranged for your baby's cord blood to be collected. A maternal blood sample will also need to be collected and placed into the Kit.
  5. Call CBR's One-Step ShippingSM service
    After your collection, call CBR's One-Step ShippingSM service. The cord blood will be picked up from your hospital and delivered to CBR's lab.
