What to expect after you've enrolled

Congratulations on your decision to bank your baby’s cord blood stem cells with Cord Blood Registry! Below, you will find some information to help you prepare for your special day and banking your baby’s cord blood.

• Soon after you have enrolled, you will receive your collection kit and enrollment forms. It is important that you complete and return the forms as soon as possible. These documents include:
  
  
  • Client Service Agreement
  • Informed Consent
  • Medical Health History Profile
  
  Keep your collection kit with your pre-packed hospital luggage so it’s ready when you go to the hospital. Make sure your doctor is aware you will be storing your baby’s cord blood with CBR. Everything your hospital needs will be in your CBR collection kit.
• Set up your Online Account: Once you’ve enrolled you can also set up your online CBR account so you can view and update your personal information, track your billing history, refer friends, set up your Gift Registry and receive updated news from CBR.
